Pamela Naidoo-Ameglio Exige
An internationally recognised expert in nuclear and mining operations, Pamela is a Director at Exige.  As Group Executive Nuclear Operations & Nuclear Medicine at ANSTO, she ensured the safety and reliability of Australia’s only research reactor OPAL, nuclear waste operations and Nuclear Medicine production facilities and teams for more than 7 years. With over 30 years of experience spanning operations, technology, and corporate governance, she is known for translating big challenges into meaningful, sustainable outcomes. Pamela has served on the Women in Nuclear Australia Exec committee member since 2018 and is passionate about mentoring. As a champion of diversity and inclusion, she is shaping the nuclear workforce of the future.
