Women network differently and we should embrace that. This is the simple premise behind the ADM Women in Defence Network. While the proportion of women in the industry is growing, they are still very much a minority, making up on average just 27% of the defence industry work force (Source: ADM 2024 Top 40 survey). Through guided walks, curated events and a dedicated news page WIDN will create connections and highlight the amazing work being done by women in the defence sector.
